It started on a gym floor, surrounded by strangers I saw every day.
A 180kg deadlift PR nearly ended with our founder on the floor — dizzy, alone, holding onto a rack, in a room full of people he recognized but didn't actually know. The question that followed wouldn't go away:
He started noticing it everywhere. People training solo — same time slot, same routine, day after day — until some simply stopped showing up. Not because the gym failed them. Proximity was never the problem. Nobody had built the bridge between people already standing a few meters apart.
That question became Refka.
